Labels provide visual context for quotes without being part of the dialogue itself. They are primarily used to identify speakers in dialogue or denote specific sections of a song.

Labels appear greyed-out in the left margin of the quote and are not typed by the player.

== Adding Labels to Quote Submissions ==

To add a label, insert <code>[]:</code> at the beginning of a line and place the label content inside the brackets. In the example above, the first line of the quote submission text box would look like this:

Labels are required for ranked quotes that contain dialogue between two or more characters.
